If you have a query concerning your mortgage, call us on 0844 770 8030 and choose from the following options (If you do not have a touch phone, please hold for assistance). Our general lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please see the telephone options for different opening hours.

Option 0 = To make a payment.
Please use this option if you would like to make a payment to your mortgage account. However we do not accept payments by credit card, you will need to have a Debit/Switch card ready to make the payment.

 

Option 1= Credit Management Department
Please use this option if your account is currently in arrears, you are or are expecting to experience difficulties in maintaining you mortgage payment. Our Credit Management Department lines are open from 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday.

 

Option 2= Existing or Redeemed mortgage
Please use this option for all other queries regarding an existing or redeemed mortgage with us. With the exception of Porting queries (see option 3).

 

Option 3 = Porting
Please use this option for information about an existing application or queries regarding transferring your mortgage product to a new mortgage on a different property.
