Financial Adviser Online Service Award

GMAC-RFC have been rated by IFA's as 5 Star winners for the Financial Adviser Online Service Award 2008. IFA’s were given the chance to rate providers from one star (poor service) to five stars (excellent service) on each of the categories listed below:

  • Overall functionality and site design
  • Ease of transaction/business processing
  • Online product tools and literature
  • Reliability
  • Personal contact and support levels
  • Business support/commission service.

This is the 2nd year running that GMAC-RFC have won this prestigious award and shows the commitment and high service standards they provide their customers.

 

E-Excellence Award

GMAC-RFC have been awarded the triple e rating for Full Status, Buy to Let and Self-Certification mortgages in the 2008 E-Commerce Mortgage ratings.

The ratings produced by the Financial Technology Research Centre (FTRC), in association with Money Marketing, identify those providers who deliver the technology services that most closely meet the needs of the Adviser. The FTRC work closely with leading adviser firms to enable them to objectively compare the e-commerce offerings delivered by different providers, awarding only those who offer excellent e-commerce facilities the triple e rating.

 

Sunday Times 100 Best Companies

For the third consecutive year, GMAC-RFC was named in The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for. This year we came in 64th. This is a fantastic achievement and is recognition of the unique culture and high engagement we have at GMAC-RFC. The award is 90% determined by a random survey that several hundred of our employees received and 10% based on a review of our HR practices and metrics. The survey focused on 8 key areas that have been identified as creating a great workplace: Leadership, Wellbeing, My Manager, My Team, Fair Deal, Giving Something Back, My Company, and Personal Growth. Like previous years, several hundred companies applied. The detailed results were published in The Sunday Times on Sunday 9th March 2008
