Redemption statement
A redemption statement is a figure confirming the amount required to redeem the account in full, including any interest outstanding, any payments received, early repayment charges (if applicable) and any other administration fees.
A redemption statement is normally sent to your solicitor, A request can be taken

Please state the date you wish to redeem the mortgage. A statement will be posted to the address we hold on the system, unless advised otherwise.
Information Statement
An information statement is a figure estimating the amount required to redeem. These are normally sent to acknowledge a redemption statement request required for the following month and also to Finance Companies. An account cannot be redeemed using an information statement.
